Poupie
Poupie is a French artist known for the uniqueness of her musical and visual world.Born in France, she grew up all over the world. This nomadic childhood shaped a multilingual personality (French, English, Spanish) and a deeply mixed musical universe, she writes and composes all of her songs.
The year 2019 marked a turning point in her musical career. She released her first self-titled EP, followed by a second in 2020, both to widespread acclaim. She made an impression with her charisma, her unique voice, and her freedom of expression. She released a notable feature with Jul on the track "Feux" in October 2020.In 2021, she released "Enfant Roi," a multilingual debut album with hybrid sounds blending pop, reggae, and urban music influences. Driven by songs like "Thelma et Louise" and « Comme les autres," this project led her to tour and sell out 20 of France's most important cities, followed by a festival tour to end in December 2022 headlining a sold out Olympia, a Paris venue.
In 2025, she founded Korovaa, her independent music production and publishing company and is coming back for more.Live music this year included two featured dates during Jul's concerts at the Stade de France and the Orange Vélodrome in Marseille in April and May 2025, anchoring the project in a large-scale dynamic. Driven by a strong artistic identity, a multilingual positioning and a unique visual aesthetic, this project has real potential for international development in 2025–2026, both in terms of distribution and touring.
